This agent can answer frequently asked questions regarding audiology services, hearing assessments, hearing aids, appointment scheduling, and service procedures, while guiding users to the appropriate steps for booking or following up on appointments. <\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">Challenge<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">A significant portion of daily calls and messages involved repetitive questions, requests for basic information, and appointment scheduling.
