Appointment reminders, initial data registration, assessment follow-ups, scheduling hearing aid fitting sessions, and post-service communication all require meticulous and continuous follow-up. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">An intelligent workflow was designed for Dr. Sadeghipour\u2019s audiology clinic to manage and track patient visits; this solution registers and categorizes new requests, sends timely reminders, and maintains clear visibility of each patient&#8217;s status for the clinic team.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">Challenge<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">Manually tracking appointments and patients, heavy reliance on repetitive calls and messages, the risk of overlooking post-visit follow-ups, and the lack of a unified view of each patient&#8217;s status consumed a significant amount of the reception team&#8217;s time.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">Halitech Solution<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">HaliTech analyzed the customer journey\u2014from the initial contact to post-service follow-up\u2014and designed an automation system capable of integrating with the clinic&#8217;s existing tools.
