In audiology clinics, a client’s journey typically extends beyond merely booking an appointment. Appointment reminders, initial data registration, assessment follow-ups, scheduling hearing aid fitting sessions, and post-service communication all require meticulous and continuous follow-up.
An intelligent workflow was designed for Dr. Sadeghipour’s audiology clinic to manage and track patient visits; this solution registers and categorizes new requests, sends timely reminders, and maintains clear visibility of each patient’s status for the clinic team.
Challenge
Manually tracking appointments and patients, heavy reliance on repetitive calls and messages, the risk of overlooking post-visit follow-ups, and the lack of a unified view of each patient’s status consumed a significant amount of the reception team’s time.

HaliTech analyzed the customer journey—from the initial contact to post-service follow-up—and designed an automation system capable of integrating with the clinic’s existing tools. This system can:

- Manage appointments and pre-visit reminders;
